The International Humanitarian Foundation helps churches to accept refugees in Western Ukraine.
Many Ukrainian churches now provide shelter to internally displaced persons who have been forced to flee their homes due to Russian occupation.
A few days ago, our organization was approached by the Roman Catholic Parish of St. John Paul II, Lviv-Sokilnyky ( ) The parish currently has more than 100 refugees, including children, the elderly and people with special needs. The rector of the parish, Father Grzegorz, informed the International Humanitarian Foundation that another group of refugee women was to be accommodated. And there was no opportunity to arrange housing for new guests.

The International Humanitarian Fund immediately responded to Father Grzegorz's request and delivered within an hour:
- 4 new mattresses
- 4 new warm blankets
- 4 new pillows
Father Grzegorz also addressed a new request to the International Humanitarian Fund for extra beds, mattresses and household appliances. We are currently preparing a new package of humanitarian aid, which we will deliver in the coming days.
